Returns for Unopened Products

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If a product is unopened, unused and in its original complete packaging, contact AIRSIPGO at info@airsipgo.com within 14 days of delivery to request return instructions. Approval, destination eligibility, shipping cost and any non-refundable transaction charges are confirmed case by case.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape products cannot normally be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged. Do not open, charge or use a product if the package or device appears damaged.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Contact info@airsipgo.com promptly with the order number, model name, clear photos or video, the package and a description of the problem. Stop using or charging a leaking, overheating, damaged or malfunctioning device. AIRSIPGO will review the evidence and provide the next eligible step under the order and destination rules.

Order Cancellations

Order processing can begin soon after payment. Send a cancellation request as quickly as possible. An order that has already shipped may not be cancellable. Any applicable payment-provider, handling or return-shipping cost will be explained before an approved refund is processed.

Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and meeting local age and import requirements. If an order is returned as undeliverable, AIRSIPGO will review the carrier charges, product condition and destination restrictions before confirming any reshipment or refund.
